Digital Assets Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the retouching team, the full-time remote Digital Assets Specialist will manage the organization and prioritization of e-comm imagery, perform data entry into inventory systems, and troubleshoot workflow issues.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage all work assets throughout the studio workflow from product turnover to activation
• Prioritize and upload product images for daily activation, ensuring all images are correctly labeled and up to date
• Collaborate with photographers, merchandisers, and production departments to maintain efficient workflow practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Fashion, Design, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Digital Asset Management systems
• Basic knowledge of photo retouching
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment under strict deadlines
