Digital Automation Solutions Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Digital Automation Solutions Lead, this hands-on player-coach will design and implement digital solutions using low-code/no-code platforms and data analytics tools, while establishing governance and scaling capabilities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of workflow automation and business solutions
• Establish and mature the Digital Automation & Solutions capability with delivery standards and governance
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency through data-driven solutions and AI integration

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital solutions, automation, and analytics, with hands-on experience in low-code platforms
• 5+ years of experience with analytics and data platforms such as Snowflake and Salesforce
• Proficiency in Python and SQL programming
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement practical AI use cases in digital solutions
