Digital Automation Solutions Lead

Job Summary

To establish and lead a modern digital capability, the full-time Digital Automation Solutions Lead will manage automation, low-code/no-code solutions, and data analytics while delivering hands-on solutions and mentoring staff in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a player-coach to balance strategic leadership with direct solution design and implementation
• Design and implement workflow automation and business solutions using platforms like Microsoft Power Platform and Snowflake
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency through process redesign and automation initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital solutions, automation, and analytics, with hands-on experience in low-code platforms
• 5+ years of experience with analytics and data platforms, including Snowflake and BI tools
• Proficiency in Python and SQL programming
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement practical AI use cases integrated into digital solutions
