Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Digital Automation Solutions Lead, this full-time remote position will manage the establishment and leadership of modern digital capabilities, focusing on automation, low-code/no-code solutions, data enablement, and AI applications while collaborating with business teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of workflow automation and business solutions using various platforms
• Establish governance and best practices for scalable digital solutions and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with technical teams to enable data-driven insights and integrate AI capabilities into workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital solutions, automation, and analytics, with hands-on experience in low-code platforms
• 5+ years of experience with analytics and data platforms, including Snowflake and BI tools
• Proficiency in Python and SQL programming
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement practical AI use cases in client-facing solutions
