Digital Automation Solutions Lead

Job Summary

To establish and lead a modern digital capability, the full-time remote Digital Automation Solutions Lead will manage automation, low-code/no-code solutions, data enablement, and AI applications while mentoring teams and delivering hands-on solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with direct solution design and delivery
• Design and implement workflow automation and business solutions using various platforms
• Partner with technical teams to enable data-driven reporting and analytics solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital solutions, automation, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with low-code platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficiency in Python and SQL programming
• Experience designing and implementing AI use cases integrated into digital solutions
