Digital Automation Solutions Lead

Job Summary

To establish and lead a modern digital capability, the full-time Digital Automation Solutions Lead will manage automation, low-code/no-code solutions, data enablement, and AI applications while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity for candidates within 50 miles of North Bethesda, MD or San Mateo, CA.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on solution design and delivery
• Design and implement workflow automation and business solutions using platforms like Microsoft Power Platform and Snowflake
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency through process redesign and automation initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital solutions, automation, and analytics with hands-on experience in low-code platforms
• Proficiency in Python and SQL programming
• Experience designing and implementing AI use cases integrated into digital solutions
• Strong understanding of data platforms, including Snowflake and BI tools
