Digital Automation Solutions Lead

Job Summary

To establish and lead a modern digital capability, the full-time Digital Automation Solutions Lead will manage automation, low-code/no-code solutions, data enablement, analytics, and AI applications while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity for candidates within a 50-mile radius of San Mateo, CA or North Bethesda, MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a player-coach by balancing strategic leadership with direct solution design and delivery
• Design, build, and implement workflow automation and business solutions using platforms like Monday.com and Microsoft Power Platform
• Partner with technical teams to enable data-driven reporting and operational insights leveraging tools such as Snowflake

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital solutions, automation, and analytics, with hands-on experience in low-code platforms
• 5+ years of experience with analytics and data platforms, including Snowflake and Salesforce
• Proficiency in Python and SQL programming
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement practical AI use cases in digital solutions
