Digital Automation Solutions Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a Digital Automation Solutions Lead, this full-time remote position will manage the establishment of a modern digital capability focusing on automation, low-code/no-code solutions, and data analytics while delivering hands-on solutions and mentoring staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of workflow automation and business solutions using various platforms
• Establish and mature the Digital Automation & Solutions capability, including governance and reusable templates
• Collaborate with technical teams to enable data-driven insights and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into business workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital solutions, automation, and analytics, with hands-on experience in low-code platforms
• 5+ years of experience with analytics and data platforms, including Snowflake and BI tools
• Proficiency in Python and SQL programming
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement practical AI use cases in digital solutions
