Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Bank Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain customers in Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH Operations, and ATM/Debit Cards
Support branches with operational tasks including issuing and reissuing cards, resolving disputes, fraud control, and settlement of accounts
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for clients' operating systems and devices

Qualifications:

3-5 years of related work experience in Digital Banking / Treasury Operations
College degree preferred or equivalent experience in a technical or operational role at a financial institution
Strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Demonstrated knowledge of information security and risk related to the Digital Channel
Knowledge of online banking products and services
