Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Services Digital Banker to provide specialized service and operational support across non-consumer business segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized account opening, maintenance, and digital servicing support for Private Banking clients
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, and digital channels
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • At least two years of banking or customer service-oriented work experience required
  • Experience in supporting Private Banking or complex servicing environments preferred
  • Knowledge of consumer account opening and maintenance processes and digital banking platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing processes and business needs
