Digital Banking Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the product team in delivering high-impact solutions, the full-time remote Digital Banking Analyst will conduct research, analyze data, and assist in shaping the product roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Product Managers in prioritizing features and support sprint planning with research and insights
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform product strategy and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with product marketing to develop sales enablement materials and support go-to-market efforts

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a product, business, or technology-related role
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting Agile processes
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Aha, Azure DevOps, and Power BI
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
