Digital Banking Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Digital Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Digital Banking team, setting performance objectives and fostering professional growth
• Develop and execute the digital banking strategy and roadmap in alignment with enterprise priorities
• Oversee the digital banking budget and manage strategic vendor relationships to ensure compliance and performance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial technology leadership
• 3-5 years of direct people management experience, preferably leading leaders or cross-functional teams
• Experience managing vendor partnerships and overseeing complex digital programs
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms such as Tyfone, Zelle, Yodlee, or MX preferred
