Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Banking Operations Specialist to manage banking operations and ensure financial security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily banking operations, including negative balances, fraud alerts, and dispute resolutions
• Communicate directly with clients regarding banking product escalations and regulatory compliance
• Assess and improve financial product policies and processes to minimize risk and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Regulation E and EFT dispute handling processes
• Hands-on experience in payments processing, ACH transactions, and fraud prevention
• Previous experience in the fintech or banking industry with regulatory and risk management exposure
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize banking operation workflows
• Familiarity with banking core systems and dispute management platforms
