Digital Banking Platform Administrator

Job Summary

Responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting platform solutions, the full-time remote Digital Banking Platform Administrator will enhance internal business workflows for consumer and treasury management products while managing release and change processes across assigned platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to improve process execution and achieve operational efficiencies for treasury management products
• Design, document, configure, test, and deploy enhancements to applications and platforms through change management processes
• Analyze digital channel performance and partner with various teams to optimize processes and ensure seamless data flows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in digital banking, banking technology, or product/platform management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery, including requirements, testing, and change management
• Experience with digital banking vendors/platforms and related integrations preferred
• Proficiency with common business tools and analytics/reporting tools
