Job Summary
Leading all aspects of servicing across the digital banking ecosystem, the full-time AVP, Servicing Product Lead will own servicing solutions, drive platform enhancements, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision for digital banking servicing, aligning improvements with business goals and customer needs
- Own and prioritize the servicing product backlog, translating requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver features and enhancements while facilitating agile processes and ensuring smooth sprint execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital banking, fintech, or SaaS environments
- Strong technical acumen with experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience with servicing platform administration, configuration, or implementation (Savana or equivalent)
- Understanding of banking operations including call center, payment operations, and fraud operations
