Job Summary
Providing superior customer service remotely, the full-time Digital Banking Service Representative will assist clients and internal stakeholders with consumer and business online banking products through phone, email, and chat support.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily administration duties, including building online banking profiles and monitoring reports
- Facilitate installation and training for new Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay clients
- Provide tier two issue resolution support for consumer and business products and services
Required qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of related experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Previous experience with consumer and business online banking products preferred
- Basic knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
