Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of financial institutions preferred
  • Experience with general math, ten-key, and basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role preferred
