Digital Banking Solutions Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for executing the strategic direction and administration of digital banking platforms, the full-time Digital Banking Solutions Manager will manage a team focused on enhancing online and mobile banking experiences while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap with input from strategic business partners and stakeholders
- Lead vendor relationships and coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases
- Report on KPIs and digital performance metrics to leadership, ensuring platform availability and service quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of banking experience, particularly in digital banking products and Treasury Management
- Experience managing and leading support teams in a commercial banking environment
- Extensive knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours
