Job Summary
Managing the digital banking solutions roadmap, the full-time Digital Banking Solutions Manager will execute the strategic direction and enhancements of the bank's digital platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap with input from strategic business partners
- Serve as the technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions, prioritizing enhancement requests
- Lead vendor relationships and coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of banking experience, particularly in digital banking products
- Experience managing support teams and knowledge of payment solutions
- 3-5 years of product management experience in the commercial banking industry
- CTP or AAP certifications are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours
