Digital Banking Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for executing the strategic direction and administration of digital banking platforms, the full-time Digital Banking Solutions Manager will manage a team, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure customer-centric digital experiences in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap with input from strategic business partners and stakeholders
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews while coordinating platform upgrades and testing
• Report on KPIs and digital performance metrics to leadership, ensuring platform availability and service quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of banking experience, particularly in digital banking products and treasury management
• Experience managing and leading support teams in a commercial banking environment
• Extensive knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
