Digital Banking Solutions Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Digital Banking Solutions Manager who will execute the strategic direction and administration of the bank's digital banking platforms, manage a team of analysts, and collaborate with business leaders and vendors in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap with input from strategic partners
- Serve as the technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions
- Lead vendor relationships and coordinate platform upgrades and testing
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of banking experience
- 3-5 years of experience with Digital Banking products and Treasury Management
- Experience in managing and leading support teams
- Extensive knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours
