Digital Banking Solutions Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for executing the strategic direction and administration of digital banking platforms, the full-time Digital Banking Solutions Manager will manage a team, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure secure, customer-centric digital experiences, with the option to work fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap with input from strategic business partners
- Serve as the technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions, prioritizing enhancement requests
- Lead vendor relationships and coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of banking experience, particularly in Digital Banking products
- 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Management and Product Management within the commercial banking industry
- Experience managing and leading support teams
- Extensive knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
