Digital Banking Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Digital Banking Specialist will support various Electronic Banking products and services, assist customers with online banking issues, and ensure compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist personal and business customers with online banking access and password resets
• Support customer inquiries related to Online and Mobile Banking, including account openings and cash management services
• Maintain and review accuracy of Online Banking registrations and manage installation of Cash Management Systems

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and electronic banking products
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new software systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
