Job Summary

Focusing on enhancing consumer journeys, the full-time Digital Brand Experience Specialist will collaborate with the Digital Experience Lead to design and manage digital experiences across brand websites and apps, while also overseeing KPI tracking and cross-functional project management.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development of consumer digital product roadmaps and manage backlog refinement for brand websites and mobile apps
  • Facilitate communication between brand teams and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment on digital initiatives
  • Gather and analyze performance data to report on the impact of digital products and optimize user experiences
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and owned channel strategies
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in agile project management principles
