Job Summary

To drive B2B growth, the full-time remote Digital Brand Manager will manage Included Health's digital brand presence across various channels, ensuring brand consistency while optimizing content and user experiences to enhance conversion rates.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the day-to-day management of the marketing site, ensuring brand accuracy and quality while collaborating with developers to implement scalable templates
  • Lead the strategy and optimization of campaign and product landing pages, working with copywriters and designers to create compelling digital experiences
  • Run ongoing test-and-learn programs for landing pages and email campaigns to improve key funnel metrics such as CTR and demo requests
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2B healthcare or health tech
  • Demonstrated experience managing a marketing website and utilizing CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  • Hands-on experience with email campaigns and landing page optimization in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Strong understanding of conversion marketing, UX fundamentals, and technical SEO concepts
