Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Digital Brand Media to lead brand media strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Activation Managers while ensuring effective media strategy execution
- Own and translate business goals into actionable media plans across various digital platforms
- Manage media budgets and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strong ROI
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is preferred
- 5 or more years of hands-on media activation experience across CTV, Programmatic, Paid Social, Google, and YouTube is required
- 2 or more years of leadership experience managing multiple team members is required
- Experience supporting CPG, home care, or pet care brands is preferred
- Familiarity with retail media networks and omnichannel measurement frameworks is preferred
