Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements for CRM functions, focusing on system integration and data mapping
- Collaborate with business sponsors and product owners to prioritize functionality and communicate with development teams
- Act as the first line of support for enhancement requests and coordinate changes impacting cross-system processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in writing business requirements or user stories
- Domain knowledge in Private Equity is desired
- Familiarity with agile project management practices
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong financial domain knowledge is preferred
