Digital Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to enhance patient and provider experiences through digital transformation in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage automation implementation and documentation of workflows across multiple projects
• Support the development and analysis of business requirements and processes
• Educate and mentor team members on automation best practices and manage stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a related IT field
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with UiPath and MS Power Platform is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, is preferred
• Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies
