Job Summary

Digital Campaign Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns, focusing on moving prospects through the sales funnel while optimizing ROI and interpreting data for actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage full-funnel digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across all channels to enhance ROI
  • Translate campaign metrics into executive-level narratives and provide strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • Proven strategic thinking ability related to digital tactics and the buyer's journey
  • Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and platform-native tools for actionable insights
  • Ability to translate data into concrete action plans for financial impact
  • Strong understanding of key financial metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and MER
  • Experience with data tracking, pixels, and tagging for data integrity
