Job Summary
Owning overall campaign performance for various advertising channels, the full-time Digital Campaign Performance Manager will monitor and optimize media campaigns, provide data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targeted results and maximize ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaign performance across search, social, and display advertising channels to meet KPIs and budget objectives
- Analyze campaign data and reports to provide optimization recommendations that drive engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with Ad Ops and various teams to ensure effective campaign setup and execution while identifying areas for improvement
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Digital Operations or Marketing
- Expertise in at least two ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or LinkedIn
- Prior experience in online ad trafficking and programmatic media campaign builds
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
