Digital Care Dispatcher

Job Summary

Providing data analysis and driver support, the full-time remote Digital Care Dispatcher will manage service orders, assist with problem resolution, and prepare reports to enhance department workflow and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares reports on data summaries, changes, and trends for management use
• Dispatches drivers based on customer needs and operational factors to optimize response times
• Communicates with drivers and customers to resolve service issues and enhance overall service quality

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 2 years of previous experience in a relevant field
