Job Summary

Executing guest-facing CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives, the full-time Digital Channels Manager will manage campaigns across email, SMS, loyalty, and digital channels to drive guest acquisition, engagement, and retention in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of lifecycle campaigns, customer journeys, and loyalty communications while ensuring campaign quality and operational readiness
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences and marketing performance through disciplined execution and campaign testing
  • Support website and app marketing initiatives, including campaign landing pages and digital merchandising, while identifying optimization opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, or digital marketing
  • Experience executing email, SMS, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Working knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and triggered campaigns
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of customer journey orchestration and digital marketing fundamentals
