Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Channels Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support by responding to inquiries, improving team practices, and documenting procedures
• Facilitate vendor management processes including performance assessments and operational reviews
• Support ad hoc projects and determine business needs through analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and project management
• Vendor management experience including contracts and invoices
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
• Exposure to Digital Banking is strongly preferred
