Job Summary

A company is seeking a Client Success Manager for National Brands, responsible for leading digital campaign execution and ensuring client satisfaction through effective management and strategic marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and advise on marketing strategies to meet client business objectives
  • Manage relationships with internal and external vendors to ensure deliverables meet specifications and standards
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, identifying improvement opportunities and driving ROI

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns
  • 3+ years of client service/account management experience
  • Strong product expertise in digital marketing solutions including PPC, Social, and Digital Display platforms
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in utilizing technology and systems to manage marketing campaigns
