Digital Cloud Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a cohort within the Digital Cloud business unit, the remote Digital Cloud Team Lead will manage revenue targets, develop go-to-market strategies, and oversee a cross-functional team to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the cohort's revenue, churn, and net revenue retention targets
• Build and refine go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams
• Directly manage and develop assigned resources, ensuring proactive account management and team performance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience owning revenue targets and making strategic decisions to achieve them
• Experience in managing or building cross-functional teams, including sales and technical roles
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to the development of tools and processes
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating with product teams
• Technical fluency in the digital space, particularly in relation to website building and customer needs
