Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Collections Specialist responsible for managing delinquent accounts through digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with delinquent borrowers via different digital communication channels
• Find solutions to help bring borrowers' loans to a current status
• Process payments for borrowers with past due payments
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
• Prior experience with financial products preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
