Job Summary
Managing enterprise communication channels, the full-time Digital Employee Experience & Channels Lead will oversee channel strategy, governance, and publishing standards while improving the digital employee communication experience in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage enterprise communication channels, including WeConnect Global and the employee email ecosystem
- Define channel strategy and establish publishing standards for effective communication
- Design and implement a digital communications intake process for the Corporate Communications team
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in communications or a related field
- Strong expertise in digital platforms and channel strategy
- Experience managing content distribution in complex environments
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to clarify communication needs
- Proven track record in establishing governance for enterprise communication channels
