Digital Communications Manager

Job Summary

Leading digital communication efforts, the remote Digital Communications Manager will develop and execute strategies across LinkedIn and other social channels to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth in the defense and government sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement TurbineOne's digital communications strategy on LinkedIn and key social platforms
• Create compelling content that simplifies complex AI and defense technology for external audiences
• Manage targeted LinkedIn advertising campaigns and analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, growth marketing, or demand generation
• Proven experience running LinkedIn advertising campaigns
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to convey technical concepts simply
• Experience with paid digital campaigns and performance analytics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
