Digital Communications Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing climate action movement, the full-time Digital Communications Manager will design and implement messaging across social media, email, and the website while collaborating with a team to engage audiences and promote Dayenu's initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies to engage and grow audiences across digital platforms
• Manage email communications and the CRM database, ensuring effective outreach and engagement
• Serve as the primary graphic designer, producing visual content that aligns with branding guidelines and campaign needs

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital campaigning, marketing, graphic design, or digital content creation
• Proficiency with social media platforms and experience in managing digital content
• Familiarity with CRMs and advocacy tools, including EveryAction
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS and experience with website maintenance, preferably using WordPress
• Strong graphic design skills, with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred
