Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Communications Specialist to execute and optimize donor communications across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute donor communications across email, SMS, app push, and other owned channels
• Build and deploy promotional and transactional messaging related to scheduling and digital health steps
• Support campaign QA, testing, launch, and post-launch monitoring while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in digital communications, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles
• Hands-on experience executing email, SMS, and app-based communications
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience supporting both promotional and transactional messaging
• Collaborative working style with technology and product teams
