Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Community Liaison, Haitian Creole.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead moderation of Haitian Creole content on social media platforms in collaboration with the Digital Community Officer
• Manage user interactions by responding to messages and comments, ensuring adherence to moderation guidelines
• Compile user feedback and contribute to the development of FAQs and new content topics for Haitian Creole-speaking newcomers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience required
• Fluency in English and Haitian Creole required
• Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook
• Experience in resettlement, Cultural Orientation, or immigration programming preferred
