Job Summary

To support a growing podcast portfolio, the full-time Digital Content Editor will independently manage video and audio production, create engaging content, and collaborate with cross-department teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute all episode long-form video and audio production, including visual elements and sound design
• Optimize content for various distribution channels, ensuring alignment with audience engagement strategies
• Collaborate with production leads and marketing to create custom video content and sponsorship elements

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of high-level video production experience, preferably in sports or entertainment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experienced in video, audio, and motion/graphic design
• Demonstrated ability to transform raw content into cohesive and engaging programming
• Knowledge of in-person and remote recording setups, with troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms for audience growth
