Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Business Analyst will support the planning, development, management, and delivery of digital learning content and resources, serving as a central coordinator among internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, accessible digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain digital content for online learning environments and professional learning initiatives
- Design and develop self-paced learning modules using instructional design best practices and incorporate learner engagement strategies
- Serve as the primary liaison among multiple external vendors, coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and monitoring vendor performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, Digital Media, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing digital content and learning resources
- Experience managing projects involving multiple vendors and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience creating asynchronous learning modules and online learning experiences
- Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 or higher)
