Digital Content Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, remote Digital Content Manager & Vendor Coordination Specialist to manage the development and delivery of digital learning content, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accessibility across projects in the K-12 education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain digital learning content and online resources while ensuring consistency in branding and instructional quality
• Design and create self-paced online learning modules and digital resource repositories, applying instructional design principles
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in developing digital content and learning resources
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple vendors and stakeholders
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and accessibility standards (Section 508 and WCAG 2.1)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
