Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced in educational publishing, the full-time Digital Content Publisher will ensure the upload, quality, accuracy, and usability of digital products while working remotely in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and edit various asset types into the digital platform, ensuring accuracy through quality checks against sources of truth
• Digitally author and edit accessible assessment content, maintaining consistent style and adhering to web accessibility standards
• Track errors and contribute to error correction within both the digital and assessment platforms, utilizing CMS tools and automation scripts

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in educational publishing with a focus on digital editing and publishing
• Pedagogical and content knowledge in ELA, Math, or Science, gained through classroom experience or curriculum development
• Basic knowledge of HTML and experience with CMS tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle detail-oriented work under deadlines
