Job Summary

Leading the creation and publishing of engaging content for the @NBAFantasy social channels, the full-time Project Employee in Digital & Social Content Publishing will manage platform strategies, monitor real-time NBA trends, and support broader content initiatives across NBA.com and the NBA App while working remotely for a temporary duration of up to 10 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily content publishing and platform management for @NBAFantasy social channels and free-to-play games
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies across various social media channels, optimizing content for audience engagement
• Analyze social performance metrics to inform content decisions and improve overall engagement

Required qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of NBA Fantasy, including players, teams, and gameplay strategy
• Proven experience managing content on social media platforms for a brand
• Strong understanding of basketball analytics and their impact on Fantasy performance
• Experience working within a CMS, preferably WordPress
• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred
