Digital Content Publisher
Job Summary
Passionate about basketball, the full-time Project Employee, Digital Content Publisher will be responsible for publishing and programming content across the NBA's digital channels, including the NBA App and NBA.com, while working remotely for a temporary duration of up to 10 months.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating compelling storytelling and curating trending content related to the NBA
- Building and programming vertical stories focused on games and game-related content
- Collaborating with the Social & Digital Content Team to produce fan-centric digital content
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in journalism or a related field, with strong written skills
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems, preferably WordPress and Story Teller
- Knowledge of basketball analytics and the rules of the game
- Ability to build and send push notifications for the NBA App, with experience in Braze preferred
