Job Summary

Detail-oriented and flexible, the part-time Digital Copy Coordinator will manage high-volume content updates, oversee email communications, and implement franchisee copy requests in a fully remote contract position.

Key responsibilities
  • Organize and oversee all emails in the Digital Copy inbox while responding to franchisee requests
  • Write and edit copy for property pages to ensure adherence to brand standards using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Create Smartsheet tickets for new property openings and assist with translation workflows when time permits
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in digital copywriting/editing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Smartsheet
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
