Digital Corporate Deployment Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful onboarding and deployment of card and expense management solutions, the full-time Digital Corporate Deployment Manager will support customers through their self-guided setup journey, ensuring alignment with business needs while collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by setting expectations and providing effective solutions during the setup journey
• Independently plan and organize deployments for multiple customers, assisting with card and expense management setup
• Focus on delivering measurable value throughout the customer journey, monitoring health indicators and facilitating transitions into later lifecycle stages

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or software implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on experience configuring applications to meet business requirements
• Understanding of data migration and system integrations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and knowledgeable about cloud-based products and services
