  • Leverage AI and automation to improve workflows and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 3-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Digital CX, or related fields
  • Experience in defining and scaling digital engagement strategies
  • Ability to design and launch lifecycle programs from start to finish
  • Proficiency in configuring digital adoption tools and CRM campaigns
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams
