- Develop and launch self-service and 1:many programs to enhance customer onboarding and adoption
- Leverage AI and automation to improve workflows and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 3-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Digital CX, or related fields
- Experience in defining and scaling digital engagement strategies
- Ability to design and launch lifecycle programs from start to finish
- Proficiency in configuring digital adoption tools and CRM campaigns
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams
